• Hold security deposits in our safe for the duration of their stay.

• Be on call for any assistance or repairs during their stay.

• Take responsibility for deducting any breakages or damage incurred during their stay and replacing them.

• Liaising with yourself and the client regarding bookings / arrival times and special requests.

• Provide resort information and orientation when they arrive.

• Demonstrate how to work all the appliances in the property.

• Fully inspect the apartment prior to check out and return deposits.

• Ensure that the apartment is cleaned and the laundry changed prior to the next guests arrival.
